Hi,
I can't exit inventory after let's say I opened a book.

ESC key or Inventory key will only shift me from menu screen to piece of inventory again.

How to get out ?

TAB key?

Tab key is the one indeed,when i first opened a book had to press all the keys one by one to find out wich one was it,gotta love the work they did for our pc UI....

Thanks, indeed it does work, but it is very unpractical, in particular considering the fact that I can't map the tab key on my mouse button for some reason.
