I just bought skyrim, loaded the disc and installed the 1.01 update.
I try to start a new game and it leads with a loading screen, I hear a death animation then a character falls.
I then see a black screen with "Bethesda Game Studios" (which I believe is the opening sequence) and I go back to the same loading screen.
Ultimately ending up back at the main menu only to repeat this process over and over again. Please help!!!

I have tried to re downloading the update, playing offline before downloading the update, I've reset the PS3 multiple times. I'm stuck and have no idea what else to troubleshoot.
