*sighs* They really should just allow players to use Cure Disease to recover from vampirism or patch it some spell that allows us to remove the lycanthropy and vampirism curses.

I was so pissed to know how to cure myself, people were attacking me for no reason and can't go out in daylight. Make sure you don't kill the person that does the ritual or you will have to stay as a vampire forever.
