This is my only problem with Skyrim.

There are WAY too many people you cannot kill. Not because they are stronger than me...but because they go into "I'm too hurt to fight, but I'll stand back up in a few seconds and attack you again" mode.

I made a 2nd character for the express purpose of being a murderer. I've run into 6 NPCs (out of about 15) that I could not kill for this reason.

Why are there so many? I don't care if I fail some random quest line...thats kinda the reason I'm doing it even. You need to remove this completely, everyone should be killable.

Thats my only complaint about Skyrim. Otherwise, I love this game. Please address this somehow.
