?Shadows bug or....?

For me not every source of light(torches, bonfires etc...) cast shadows(first dungeon for expl.). Is this normal, please confirm...

I have shadows on ultra in settings and there are no shadows when i'm playing :(.

I have everything on Ultra... and in some rooms there are shadows and in some can't see any wtf?...

Nope its happening here too, am playing on ultra and some light sources do not produce shadows at all. An instance of this where it really looks stupid is the Jarls house in whiterun, (Dragonbreach i think its called) anyway as you enter there are nice shadows from the lighting on the ceiling but when you go up the stairs to the and see the fire pit there is nothing. Every dungeon i have been in also have the same issues. One burning brazier creating nice dynamic shadows and further in the same brazier model producing none. Sometimes the source of the light is not even coming from an object that produces light lol

No idea if its a bug or intended but i know its very annoying and breaks the immersion from me. Still an awesome game though just disappointing in certain areas. Hoping mods can fix it for us :)
