The problem.

No sound after the Bethesda logo and game won't advance after carriage ride. All the changing sound quality fixes do not work for this.

Download, extract, run the setup to manually install directx components.

Run the game and see if it worked!

says i have a newer version of DirectX so nothing is needed. still have the no sound problem.
