I was on the quest to kill Ennodius, found him at a little camp by the creek. So nobody was around, killed him and it said I had 40 bounty. No sooner than I thought, what the... a mudcrab crawled out of the water and attacked me. Easy one hit kill, then it said the 40 bounty had been removed because witness was killed or something to that effect. No effect on quest or anything, just a funny bug. Reminds me of the chicken thing they talked about in the interviews.
