I really don't get it. I start the game up, everythings fine. The main menu, runs smoothly. Push the campaign button, opening cutscene starts, runs perfectly. The actual game starts and it takes 35 minutes to get from the ending of the cutscene to the LOOK UP/LOOK DOWN part.

I did the updating of the drivers bit, re?nstalled the damned thing, verified the game cache on steam (with one 600 mb-ish file not wanting to be verified, ever) and still the damned thing wont speed up. Having a game for at least half a year and never being able to play it svcks big time. So should I give up and hope that a future pc will be able to run it?

Try to completely uninstall AMD/ATI drivers... not very easy( http://www.overclock.net/t/988215/how-to-properly-uninstall-ati-amd-software-drivers-for-graphics-cards )and reinstall latest 32 bit drivers again and if game dont work still then give up and burn game and or computer but looking your specs all should run sweet.

Can some one from id respone. We could use support for this game.
