K, went into nvidia settings and did 3d perfofmance, sli mode and gtx(1). i knew it was something graphically since the intro screen flashed on for a quick setting. Can play hooray but, when driving outside I am getting a weird glitch, blinking black geometric shape ahead of me. I suppose I need to change a visual setting to stop this, does anyone know what?

Blinking black geometry? So artifacting it is..
General advice:

1. Disable SLi
2. Update video card drivers
3. Check video card temperatures - overheating can cause A: graphical glitches in games, B: damage PC components, including the video card itself, C: both
