Does it qualify as cheating..

If I looked up how to finish this specific quest online?

I was worried a may have missed something but it turns out I wasn't fumbling enough with some buttons.

Now I feel kinda guilty.

Any of you have to resort to the internet for quest help?

If I can't figure something out Then I use a walk-through on the internet.

Yeah for the Forbidden Legends quest. Found out you had to join the College of Winterhold to get a door open.

I never would have found this out if I hadn't looked it up.

Wow, spoiler alert.

It's just a side quest... and there's no way of finding out that information in game unless you were already a member of the College.

"Cheating" is whatever you want it to mean in a single-player game.

If you enjoy the game more exploring for yourself, then don't read up.
If you have to know you are doing everything perfectly, read on.

It's your game. You decide what is cheating in your own game, not us.

I've had to look a couple of things up so far. My rule is: when frustration outweighs fun, look it up.

That's up to you to decide. It's a single player game, you can't cheat anyone but yourself.
