Found this problem of dragons not dropping souls a number of times and in different places and im sure many others have also. so please add any others you find so they can get this fixed.

Its not a specific place exactly, thats just where you've experienced the glitch yourself. I mentioned this in the dragon frequency thread when someone brought it up. Its not the biggest deal or anything, but Bethesda may address it with the patch coming out after Thanksgiving.
