Hi,
I'm playing skyrim on Xbox360, so I can't access to command console. I looked everywhere and nobody seems to have the answer to my question (and I don't seem to be the only one to have that problem). I have to do the quest ''Joining the Stormcloaks in order to continue the main quest (getting Ulfric and the legion leader to meet in a peace council). The imperial leader accepted without any problem, but I can't say that about ulfric. He told me to speak with Galmar about ''Joining the stormcloaks'', so I did. He gave me the quest to kill an Ice Wraith, which I did. When I try to hand in the quest, he tells me something like ''I don't know how you got Ulfric to speak with the Imperials...'' (He didn't agree yet) and when I go speak with Ulfric he tells me to go speak to galmar. Nothing seems to work and this is very annoying since I can't continue the main quest. Don't tell me to reload my save, the save before I got ''Joining the stormcloaks'' quest Is when I was lvl 9, and I just got to lvl 29. Do you have any advice on how I can fix this, please ?

Hope these bugs will be fixed in the next patch........

reload before you talk to the imperials, then do the joining quest, and however other ones you need to do to get Ulfric to talk.

Dude if I reload my game i'll lose about 40hrs of gameplay, which would be a pain in the [censored].................

If you had read the OP, you would realize that it is not an option for him.

If you had read the post you would realise he meant before he asked the imperial guys to go to the peace treaty, not the whole way back to lvl 9

I figured he had started the quest, as I did, A LONG time ago and had saves since then. I figured that he would have the foresight after playing any Elders Scrolls games to have multiple save files, and I told him to reload before he got the Imperials to truce. So Meh,.

Dude its not fixable by you, only a patch is going to fix that.

Its svcks I know, but that is the very reason I don't leave quest's unfinished. If it's going to glitch you want to know ASAP. And be sure to keep multiple saves, I save every 1-2 hours.
