So i'm getting a static/buzzing noise when playing (the sound changes depending where i'm looking at).

I've seen loads of these threads saying you need to change the sample rate to 44100, i've tried this (and every other sample rate), however i'm still getting the static noise...
any suggestions?

working with a p8z68-v onboard soundcard

fixed it, xbox360 audio was plugged into my pc aswell (mic as playback), this was causing it....
