Searched ever city, NO ONE can enchant my gear. Is this true? I actually have to level up enchanting on my pure warrior to enchant gear? That is absurd and broken. What about RP?

I have all this coin and I cant pay a court wizard to enchant my gear? My first disappointment with Skyrim.

There's someone at the winterhold college who can do it. At least the option came up when I talked to him. Can't remember who it was though.

Yeah there is an enchanter @ Winterhold College,but when u ask him to Enchant an items,he refuses and tells you that he can Train you in Enchanting (for a price...Expert level) ...
As far as i know it,you have to do all the work in the game,no NPC can Enchant,Smith any items,and no NPC can make you potions ... unless they're quest related.

Nope, you have to enchant it yourself, which is why its a skill.
If they made it posible to just pay for someone to enchant it what would be the point of the skill? Just to save money in a game where money is easy to find?

You can enchant gear without putting any skill levels or points in to enchanting, You will just make less powerful enchantments Like 'smithing' you can do it but it wont be as useful.

OT: What made you think you would be able to? You couldn't in any other game, why would you be able to in Skyrim? And no, it's not broken. You don't have to have enchanted gear as a warrior. A "pure" warrior probably wouldn't use enchanted things anyway.
