Vlindrel Hall bugs

Post » Wed May 16, 2012 3:11 pm

So I bought Vlindrel Hall, the house in Markarth, and I realised that the weapon holders and racks don't work. I've tried reloading but to no avail, they just cannot be interacted with. To make things worse I just started up my Xbox to play, and discovered that my dragon priest masks which I spent hours laying out perfectly have disappeared from their display cabinets!
If there's any known fixes to the weapon holder glitch could someone let me know? And is there anyway I can get my dragon priest masks back? This is really pissing me off.

This is why I'm always hesitant to lay things out in the open.

I usually decorate with cheaper things like steel swords, etc. If it's valuable, it goes in a chest.

I had this issue as well. Luckily I reloaded enough times to eventually not have this issue now.. Touch wood.

I also noticed that items in my house never stay where I leave them. As if a wild skeever got loose and had a coke party. (literally trashed) nothing left on the shelves, even items that came with the house }=(

Sad thing is I never had these problems in oblivion

To be fair it was one helluva party, you really should've been there.

It took me like 20 min to balance a mammoth tusk on a ledge because of its lop-sided waight and when I return to my humble home it's been used as a bong and tossed into the corner like a cheap hook er
