So, I was doing the Whisper in the dark quest in Skyrim and I'm up to the bit where i need to get more contracts from Nazir, I think it's a bug but I don't know, I am required to get more contracts from Nazir but I don't know how to when he doesn't offer me the speech option to ask him for more contracts. Any one else have this problem?

I'm having this problem too can anyone shed some light on it?

I'm also having the same problem. There is no way to continue on the quest which is total crap. The only way you can fix it from what I read is console commands.
