After I go into the castle to make General Tullius surrender, it makes me sheath my weapon and just stand there. Idk what to do about it. Someone please help.

Seems I'm not the only one experiencing glitches on this quest. Were you able to actually make it into the city? For me the gates are locked and require a key.

Yeah I got into the city and fought all the gaurds. But once I went to fight the General Tullious guy, it just made me friggin stand there.
