I want that someone make a mod that you can customize your own hotkeys, with a control panel in settings or with a notepad i don`t know anything about mods XD

You might want to try something like this: http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=246 or just search on the nexus for "hotkey" or "360" and you'll find a bunch of alternative mappings. I customized my current setup based on an earlier version of the one I linked.

All of the hotkey setups you can download distribute a file called controlmap.txt which contains the control mappings. You can edit that file to pretty much whatever you want if you understand the comments at the top. Remember to delete your ControlMap_Custom.txt file in your main skyrim folder if you've changed your controls ingame or the game will not use your settings from the modified controlmap.txt.
