I was about to try alchemy for the first time, but after selecting 2 ingredients using the menu the potions will not 'mix' after I press the appropriate R key. I'm highlighting the correct 2 ingredients to create a specific potion but pressing R does not do anything and I have not mapped the R key to anything else.
I'm playing the PC version and so far this is the only issue I've encountered.

Edit: Nevermind, I did indeed rebind the ready/sheathe key to something different which is probably what the R key pertains to! You can delete this post.
