I finished a quest where I killed a master vampire for the Jarl in Morthal and she said to help her people with their problems to be her thane

the requirements were already met, so I clicked the option to turn them in and when I headed to the door to leave I saw a guard NPC running next to it, but I went through it anyway and now I can't move and can see part of an unfinished map below me.

I can run, cast spells, fast travel and shout but nothing gets me out of this barrier I find myself trapped in. Everywhere I go I still can't move and am held in place.

I reloaded saves from countless spots, some of them from hours and days back, but all of them are corrupted in this way and I can't move at all.

EDIT: I went back to the dashboard and continued from the main menu and it fixed itself...I apologize for the panic attack and I guess the mods can delete this post, but if this happens to anyone else that's what I did
