Probably Tuesday, in the afternoon. PSN always does its updates then.

For what? Updates for things like psn store are on Wednesday's for the UK. Just check for it in these next 3 days.

Patches do not depend on when the PSN store updates, since patches operate on a totally different system. When the entire PSN network was down, patches were still able to be released.
