Really? Its been 5 years since i play oblivion i can't remember. So if you're in a battle and run out of magic you can just click wait 1 hour and it will go back to full?
Seems kinda broken to me

You cant 'stand still and wait'. During combat, you would die... Well not if it was a mudcrab

The same thing happened in Oblivion and its not really broken an hour of game time does go by and you can't wait during combat.
