When you do the Infiltration quest at Treva's Watch, the objectives don't get marked as complete. The quest can still be completed, but when you look at the log, it looks the same way that failed quests do. It's a minor issue, but one that I'd still like to see patched - if possible. I like to see everything get marked as complete correctly.
