Last night I was doing a random fetch mission, when I went to third person view I saw a strange symbol at my characters feet. and when I went back to first person and looked down it was still there too. It looks kinda like a frost helmet and it gets bigger then smaller every few seconds. I don't have any different active powers or whatever and i took off all my gear to see if it would go away. It also gives off like a frost mist at my feet. I have no clue what it is or how to get rid of it, Ive tried sleeping and getting different blessings, but that didn't work.

If anyone has any idea what the hell it is, I would really like to know. It is kind of annoying and i want rid of it
