I'm a Canadian who is currently living in South Korea. I haven't bothered to check, but I'm guessing if Australia and NZ got it, then perhaps the rest of Asia-Pacific got it as well?

Should I check? I haven't even started playing the damn game yet because of all of the reports of technical issues.

Try being a Canadian who lives in South Korea. DLC content is often region-restricted. If I buy a Korean-published version of a game, even if the game itself is all in English, and I buy add-on DLC using my Canadian PSN account, the two aren't compatible, and the game won't even recognize that I bought and downloaded it.
