Exactly i want to be Hagraven! Draugr Overlord is fine too

There is all ready many requests about transforming into werebears and wolfs but none about the "normal" monsters, so yeah you probably figured out what me and maybe some other people want to be able to transform into.
I know my gaming experience would be 100% better if i could go into Hagraven mode whit my witch char or turn into Draugr lord on my Redguard battlemage ( reference to Heral of Xotli from AoC )

Whit my mod understanding this should be rather easy to do, but then again my knowledge is dated to morrowind so... but i hope some one will take this idea to the next level.
