When you meet at the end of the Under new management questline at the center of the cistern, Brynjolf, Delvin, Vex and Karliah are all there yet the ceremony doesnt start. When i talk to anyone in the thieves guild they all tell me they cant talk until after the ceremony. I have tried waiting, ive reloaded several old saves, i uninstalled and reinstalled on my hardrive and its always the same result. i have even loaded i very early on save and cut throught all the thieves guild quests to get to this point and the same thing happens. Has anyone had this issue? Am i missing something?
