Bethesda did not fix completly the lag issues or ps3 problems , will you buy them another game again ?

If GM willingly sold a car, Sony a console, or just about any product with this many breaking issues there would be a lawsuit. I don't see how this doesn't qualify. No where on the case did it say incomplete game work in progress buy "as is". If one doesn't start I may have to myself just to prove a point.

That is an incomplete question. Do you mean IF Bethesda did not...?

I'm personally sick of buggy Bethesda games. If you are going to make a big game do some big playtesting to make sure it works before expecting people to pay for it.
