Riften: Previously cleared Cragslane Cave, Sent back on "Disrupt Skooma Activity", had map icons there, recleared it, map icons dissappeared, jarl wont say crap... its stuck open.

Windhelm: murder wont happen even though I finished every quest in the town and offered Thane by Ulfrick

Unable to force complete via commandline...like the PC users are doing to get around these problems
