On my Non Save game, i want to spawn dragons in towns to see what happens so anyone know the code?

try that - I haven't tried it, but read it should work.

Right now, I'm going guild quests before the main quests, so no dragons for me... for a long while. When I do face dragons... I'll be over-prepared. Heh.
