When I try to speak to Legate rikke in the winterhold hold there is no option to ask her about what I have to do next. Just the same old greyed out conversations I've already had with her.

I really wan't to continue playing this storyline and I have no idea how so someone please help me

Yer I had the same problem but some how I got out of the problem by attacking her lots and then yieldind (not to many hits or she will never yield.) It did not work the first time or seventh but it worked at last and I completed the cival war quest.

She never yields for me how do I even yield? Do I just put my blade away? cause she goes crazy on me

Ok I can get her to yield but only once. If I attack her again she goes nuts.

Please this is driving me crazy I really need a way to get this fixed

If you have done the season unending quest and started the peace treaty then the civil war quests are paused until you stop the dragons. The quest givers will not update your objectives until you finish the main quest.

I'm having the same problem. Already finished the main storyline, so I'm already past the whole peace treaty thing. Hope Todd has this on his "Things to fix" list.

I attacked her and she didn't even turn hostile...she just kept her hands on the table while looking at the map and kept talking like nothing was happening.

Now, I tried again and after healing her and attacking maybe 4 more times, she finally turned hostile and accepted my yield. Still, no fix.
