Forsworn Conspiracy QuestBoethiah's Calling Bugs

Unsure if this has been posted, (searched some topics but I wish there was a search feature to ensure, so if I am reposting I apologize), but during the Forsworn Conspiracy Quest in Markarth everything seems to work fine until the very end of the quest where you're to return to Elytris at the Talos Shrine. Instead of it proceeding where you are supposed to be arrested and sent to jail, (part of the quest), the Imperial Legate simply comes up to you to talk about "joining the legion" and then walks out. The other two guards simply act like nothing is amiss, (even though Elytris is dead on the floor of the shrine), and never interact with you. Attempted various workarounds on the 360 but could get nothing to work sadly, some have said to simply "wait" until a third guard appears but it's always the legate who simply repeats that I should join the legion. Nothing more.

Boethiah's Calling is glitched where once you bring someone to be sacrificed at the pillar Boethiah will take over the body and the quest says to "Speak to the Conduit of Boethiah" but no conversation option is available. The NPC simply repeats the same two lines over and over again. However I have discovered a workaround, simply killing all the cultists skips the quest forward and the sacrificed NPC "dies" and Boethiah inhabits a dead cultists and gives the next quest task to kill everyone at Knifepoint Ridge Stealthily; but it says "Speak to the Conduit" twice and checked off twice in the quest menu. Having done the next quest potion the game never updates but "finishes" if I go back to Boethiah and wear the Ebony Mail. It 'completes" and says the quest is all done but on the 'completed checklist' the "Kill everyone at Knifepoint Ridge Stealthily" never completes or fails, it remains open yet the overall quest summary says I completed everything and became the new Daedric Prince's champion.

Like I said this can be worked around but merely bringing it to your attention.

The finally issue is a minor bug that causes the game to continually crash and my console to freeze and crash forcing a restart. Outside of Riften at the Stables the man who runs it, (can't recall his first name but his last name is "Horse-Breaker"), you can challenge him to a brawl. Having successfully beaten him once you receive the monetary reward and his favor the game freezes and crashes like clockwork.

A very minor issue but an issue nonetheless.

Hope this helps you guys out with pinpointing problems. Thanks for your time and thanks for a great game, looking forward to more of your work.
