It only happens in the outside world. I am omw to the mage college, and along the river bank where the walrus's are it is really bad, and the mob models are skipping up and down. Please fix this, I have to stop playing now, as it is driving me nuts. Did you even bother testing this game on PC? No its not my PC, everything else runs fine...well any patched PC game that is....so sick of this.
