Dungeon Quest: Repentance is not spawning the NPC "Silvie" at the end that is critical for the quest. This is the one at darklight tower where you have to help the witch taht wants to desert her coven kill them all and eventually reach the top and kill her mother. Has anyone else found this quest and had this issue, or found this quest and had her actually spawn?
