Got the 1.2 update and still having this issue (have tried a number of suggestions and none help). Just wanted to post this here in case the developers were unaware. It's a game breaking bug, and though I can start a game from fresh I'd really rather not have to.

Not sure what the eta is for the next range of bugfixes, but I am hopeful. I really do appreciate what a huge undertaking a game like this must be so I am doing my best to be patient.
