... when can we expect one that fixes the quests that cannot be completed due to glitches? Ex: The attack on Solitude, wherein neither Galmar nor Ulfric will speak to you, and thus you cannot get the order to begin the quest. This is a glitch which always happens, regardless of me starting a new game or loading an older save.
