RussianSlavic Armor?

Post » Wed May 16, 2012 2:48 pm

I think it would be cool if someone did a slavic style armor set?

Well since the Nords are based off from Norse culture I thought there could be branches that represent Slavic culture as well.

I'm going to save those. I might include a few in my armor expansion mod, when I start doing it. Not ready to work on it just yet.

I plan to add a whole range of crafteable armor to the blacksmithing skill that use new skins for a wider range of realistic armor, including stronger armors so that you're not forced to look like a Daedra Lord to be heavily armored.

Some of those are really cool , a bit too modern for my project and some pics didn't open , but I would see them nice for the empire faction too .... if you get some slavic , russian , varegh ones that are more primitive and barbarian post that those could interest me ....

A bit modern for my liking too, but they would be good for Skyrim, who knows what lies across all of that sea! Raiders on the coast of Skyrim etc.....

For something a bit older and ancient seeming, the Scythians provide some inspiration:

I like this particular one as a Doraean cavalryman for Mesogea

What sort of stuff are you looking for Prometheus? Sounds like we may have a similar need for things more ancient than Skyrim/Oblivon currently provide.
