I saw some ppl saying "master is waste of time for retards and doesnt req any skills" or something, also say that they die on master from most npcs.

While ppl who saying that that master does req skills - say that master is fun.

I mean "if master difficulty is waste of time for retards" why they dying on it even vs easy cake npcs like Bandit Chief using overpowred abilities like blacksmithing and enchanting, and play on adept?

The only strong enemies on master are mages and Dragons. Everything else is still a pushover.

Difficulty also depents on spec, some specs like 1handed is overpowred while some others underpowered
