There's a small sacrifical alter west/southwest of Azura's shrine and northwest of Mount Anthor. Upon reading the book on the altar, "The Doors of Oblivion", the skeleton on the altar and two nearby resurrect to attack. I killed them easily, but when I went to loot the skeleton that was on the altar, it had 3 of the books on it. I thought that was odd, but took them to sell. I opened the skeleton again and found a new book on its loot list. Closing and opening again would generate a new book on the list.

So anyone that really likes that story, there's a way to fill your libraries with nothing but that book.
