posting this on behalf of a friend.

he is having an issue right now apparently he at some point picked up an item. I believe he said it was hide armor and whenever he cycles to it, mouses over it tries to drop it.. anything the game immediately crashes to desktop.

he's running it in windows 7 through bootcamp on his mac. he's got the latest drivers available. he said he's reinstalled the game about 4 times now and still has the issue. the game otherwise is running very well for him, but something about this particular item is causing an issue and he's getting real frustrated.

I saw other CTD posts, but nothing like this so I thought I would make people aware of it and hopefully figure out a solution for him.
