Hello guys

As Everyone here I think, I got skyrim and I really like it.
I've started playing friday and everything went well.
Saturday afternoon, the game began bugging like hell as the title said: I saw Pink Tents, Water Bugs, Fire Bugs, People without head and hands?
When I restarted the game, the problem was solved but still why?

Now the real problem, my game crashes veeeeery often, and not black screen or something just... pop and it's gone.
This started saturday, i've played all the time on High Graphics, and now it even crashes on medium.
It has something to do with the water, when I look to it it crashes.

There is nothing wrong with the sound it's 16 bit 44100 hz. (cd quality)
I've checked if my Drivers were up to date, they weren't so I updated them and no changes.

I'm playing on a:

Windows 7 pc with a

Intel® Core™ i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.8GHz Processor

4092MB RAM Memory

and a
ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series Video Card.

I know that the recommended video card is the 4890 one, but when I press "default" it checks the system and puts it on High.
As I said i've already tried on medium but that doesn't work.



Please help me solving this problem, Its very difficult to play this game like this...

Dj, these issues and many other have been covered in previous threads. Read back through this one; http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1257115-random-freezes-while-in-the-world/ it seems to have all the workarounds that i've seen, though most dont seem to work. I've got the same problems, essentially, as you so, with similar harware. I pre-ordered, pre-loaded, took the day off work and stayed up till midnight for this game...i feel your pain.

I just found the solution, i've installed http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php on the TESV file and shutted down my xfire now it works again!!!

Edit: It is something with xfire friday xfire wasn't supporting Skyrim yet, saturday is was and the things started to happen.
