"Taking Care of Business" glich/bug where he askes you to meet him in the sewers and he wont show up and is still in his kiosk with the group and the target of the reverse pick pocket (who is sitting down on a crate behind the group instead of in jail). Possible breaks could be i started the quest with the target i reversed pick pocketed and hes glitched on waiting for me to find out about his past. one other is that i started the quest at night and confused the game into making the npc's be where they should not which is at their kiosk and not doing whatever they do after working hours.

Another thing i ran into is that i started the quest where i as supposed to take an axe to the jarl of whiterun to start the civil war but i had second thoughts and did the summit meeting. Now im stuck with the axe which is taking up weight. Oh and i wish i found out about taking the talos necklace off the guy who got his head chopped off... im stuck with that too...


Any fixes for any of these issues?
