Thoery on Dragon bug

I've fought 3 types of dragons. Ancient, Elder, and Frost. so far only Frost Dragons do the spastic glotch deal. DUNNO.

I fought a blood dragon post-patch that was fine.

I did encounter a glitched frost dragon aswell.

just fought a basic dragon, no bug. again tho 100% of frost dragons have done this. up to 7 encouters so far. (with frost.)
