anyone else noticing this?

So doing the golden claw quest im at the end where you fight the boss....and he's not taking damage...swinging my sword like a madman and nothing needless to say I get my ass whooped

I have had similar issues.

havent really noticed it untill now...I'm wondering if it was the patch
