Did Bethesda answer to all Complains?

Post » Wed May 16, 2012 11:13 am

Since there are so many complains for the game that is out now and they mostly focus on the following things :

  • PC interface and all platform general UI
  • Bugs and technical problems
  • players rage at the RPG simplification and attributes removal with other simplification decisions that removed character deepening
  • Graphical problems or missing features ( like glitches , no snow accumulationg , bad distance detail etc )
  • Other gameplay decisions

You were told in your other thread that snow accumulates by numerous people.

I know you 'demanded' photographic evidence but all you need to do is take your character up a mountain.

This is a great game.

Are you still playing or have you stopped because of stuff like the snow you didn't see accumulating?

Hmmm...Everybody praised Oblivion over Morrowind when it was out.
But when Skyrim was released,it's still compared to Morrowind and not Oblivion.
Skyrim is much better than OB,but TES 6 will be compared to Morrowind again,I can assure you =D

But I have great hopes for TES 6.While not fixing all and completely ignoring some,Bethesda has made a game between Oblivion and Morrowind, and not below Oblivion as I feared. And than,I had this feeling that TES6 would be awesome from the day I heard of TES4 lol

You're saying that glitches and bugs are only opinions. Why, I saw a tree floating in mid air but it's only my opinion.

To be fair, you are totally wrong, the Morrowind vs. Oblivion arguments raged for literally years on these boards. In fact, I haven't been there in a while but I'm sure people still bicker about Morrowind being better in the OB forums.

Because they're the ones putting food on their tables.

i realy don't thing bethesday cares about the long time fans of the series. considering theat each iteration since morrowind has been dumbed down. (haven't played any of the other TES games so i don't know about them)

take weapon selection. in mowind you had a wide veriety oc chioces for diffrent play styles. them Oblivian comes and the cut almost half of those out. bring in Skyrim and they cut weapons even father. just 3 types for each and only one ranged option besides magic. a to that the cutting of attributes ore any stat costomization at chericter creation and i have real fears over were the series is going. whats next only 3 playable races and even fewer play style options. Bethesda just needs to stop trying to please the FPS comunity and stick to their roots with the TES. it just seems to becom less and less an RPG and more an open world action game with limited options.

personaly i have enjoyed Skyrim (if nothing more than for the dragon fights) and will continue to play it just as i did Oblivian. i just don't think ill buy the next one if this trend continues.

again look at the outcry for somthing as simple as pole arms and crossbows. we don't see them so i realy doupt the Developers listen to the forums. just the moderators that get tired of having to deal with flamers and such. we all love the sries or diffrent reasons. the least we can do is be civil ing descutions. come up with something constructive instead of just barking at the wind. thats what gets legitimate discution threads shut down.

I have a complaint too, you're a moron. Keep making threads about the same thing, that's a sure fire way to get people on your side. :flamethrower:

I think I wasn't able to express what I meant...

It was that after Oblivion's release, there were people saying Morrowind was better and people saying Oblivion was better.Oblivionists were the majority.

Now,Skyrim is out and there are people saying Morrowind was better, and people saying Skyrim is better.Oblivion's mention dropped drastically, but MW's didn't.I'm taking this as a sign Oblivion wasn't good enough, wasn't a milestone in TES that people would compare the newer titles to.
And while being much better than Oblivion,I'm predicting that the same will happen to Skyrim and the milestone will still be MW by the time TES6 is released.

You people must understand, your little bickering over this is broken and that doesn't work etc, makes no difference.
You are a loud minority, they take your opinions into consideration, because you are like unpaid experts, but the real money comes from people that don't even know
this board exists.

It's like what apple did with final cut pro x.
Money talks, snow accumilation walks.
Sorry for typos.

It's a massive world space, I'm sure they'll fix what is feasible.

Because they're the ones putting food on their tables.

They're not though. The vast majority of people who buy this game wont ever get onto this forum. The sooking on this forum is a very lop sided portion of the demographic.
