Screen Tearing + Game too dark

Hi,

First excuse the mistakes I could make, I'm not english.

I don't know if the developpers read this forum, but if they do so, is there anyway they release a patch for xbox 360 that could allow us to activate vsync ?
I suffer from screen tearing problems with the game, and even if it doesn't happen all the time, the moments when there is some screen tearing ruins my experience ( it's especially noticeable in the frost dungeons of the north-east of the map ).

I know a vsync put on results in framerate drops, but I don't care, and I prefer some slowdowns with no screen tearing, instead of constant 30 fps with screen tearing.

So Bethesda, please, could you let us the choice to activate the vsync ?

The second problem is that the game is too dark, and it seems that there is some dynamic changes for the brightness, that is really annoying. Apparently, it is the result of the occlusion used on the 360 version of the game. Honestly, I hate it, is there a way to disable this ?

Thanks, and it's a wonderful game anyway

I play on a 4:3 CRT monitor with the vga cable. I have tried all the resolutions, from 848*480 to 1440*900, and the problem remains the same. The only resolution with almost no screen tearing is 1280*1024, but it's a little blurry in this resolution and i prefer 16:9. I also tried to play on my SDTV with the rgb cable, but the problem is the same.

A vsync patch would solve the problem...
