Well, aside from the intro, I've only done the quest where Camilla sends you to Bleak Falls Barrow to get the claw thing. And right after I got back, people started telling my character (Dark Elf) he looks sick or pale or whatever. Did I contract a disease or something? D: I don't see any change in my char's appearance and I don't think I got any notifications if I DID contract some disease. Is it because I ate raw meat? Because I totally did that.

You have some disease from fighting some mobs. I had the same problem.

Go to any temple and use the altar.

Go into the "magic" section, scroll down to "active" and it will show you exactly the stuff that is effecting your character.

You have a disease.

Just keep playing and when you get to Whiterun, use their temple.

You can also drink a Cure Disease potion.

There's also wandering priests who will cure you for free.
