Hello Bethesda,

Apparently I'm reading across the net that your dragon claw quests are randomly broken. In my case I can't use the Glass Claw for the quest Siege on the Dragon Cult. I look at the claw use the correct symbols on the claw and get nothing. Are these claw quests going to be fixed in the next patch.

When can I and thousands of others expect this to be fixed? There is no terms of service that states when buying your product I should expect something less than fully functional, and I'm sure a report to the Better Business Bureau might be in order if this is not resolved.

Threatening them with actions you have now idea how they work is not the way to get a response. Reporting someone to the BBB, and having anything come of it, requires they committed willfull fraud, bypassed federal testing/compliance laws, etc. Releasing a game with bugs and glitches is a laughable offense which would never even reach an investigation stage. They HAVE ALREADY stated they are working on a second patch, read the first sticked post at the top of the page you posted on. Don't do anymore Dragon Claw quests until then if you are that worried about it. I'm only telling you this b/c coming into these forums and making posts like you did is a great way to get flamed by a large amount of people here, plus it will start yet another attack and retort forum.
