Nothing Changed!

Ok so i started up Skyrim again for the first time since it broke on me a couple days ago and i downloaded the update. I went into my last actual save file (not autosave) and went to whiterun to see if i could finish my quests. My chat with npc's still goes nowhere. I cant finish any quests and still cant buy or sell anything!!!! So i restarted my ps3 just incase that was the issue, but it wasnt nothing was changed even after a restart. I am stuck not being able to complete quests and also stuck with all of my inventory being that i cant buy/sell. I also cant buy a house or get a horse or anything that involves talking with npc's. Its like all of my chats with npc's cant progress anywhere. I love rpg's and thats what drew me to picking this game over MW3 to hold me over till Diablo 3 comes out. But honestly im regretting this decision. Not only are there certain aspects of the game im not fond of but the fact that i cant play my game anymore unless i start a ew character, delete my old save files, restart my ps3 every 5-6 hours, and repeat this process when that character becomes broken is ridiculous. I havent seen any apology or even any recognition that "they" have done anything wrong. All i see is: Hey, there's a new update coming, here it is, now wait till the next update. All i want is my money back and to be done with this game, but sadly i doubt that will happen

file a complaint witht he BBB and maybe even start a class action suit, after all the game WAS advertised to have been unbroken and polished PRIOR to being released into the market, and their lack of ability to say " hey it's broke, sorry, we will work on fixing the issue PROPERLY" means they are still continuing to falsely convey the product.

I am very tempted to do that, but im gonna hold off for now and see what they decide to do on their own. If these matters are not addressed and some form of action taken then i will definitely file a complaint.
