So I just did the software update, Now when I press R3 to zoom out, my body floats to the sky. I thought it was my armor that was bugged so I took my armor set off and floated back to the ground. Keep in mind the camera acts as if your body is on the ground its just your character model that floats in the sky. In the picture I have posted which hopefully works, you will see my body in the sky. I am wearing Daedric Armor and if you look closely at my face you can see Im pretty excited to be flying.. In all seriousness its pretty annoying. Any questions just ask, I'll check regularly.
